This might be a dumb question, but where can I get the game files?

The most up to date non-torrent source is usually hentai-sharing(.net).
Put the DLsite code of the game into the search bar and it should show up.
(In this case that is RJ358023.)

The fastest hoster there tends to be Mexashare, but when looking for really old games you're stuck with Katfile.
I strongly recommend using an ad / script blocker when visiting them in your browser, or using download automation like Jdownloader2.
