I created an ML translation using Sugoi Translator. Overwrite the Rio1.arc with the attached one. Haven't got the time yet to test it fully. Some text will overflow outside the text box. You can look in the log if you can't imagine what the text would say.

tested this 1 and its "somewhat" working if have 4K screen its not a problem
