I'm assuming the translation for mod is on githhub by pvnator right?

The game is about 400MB. With mods is about 3,25GB...
It would take a few hours to find and write everything they have done to this game, but to make this post short:
- you can choose the gender of your main character;
- more maps, more succubi (some are created with AI) and the story is longer;
- more skills, passive abilities and items;
- a lot of choices in the settings for additional content.

The creator of this mod must have REALLY loved this game
