I don't know if this should be requested, considering Kagura Games is already going to be releasing their version.
Kagura Games is kind of a gamble as for when it'll be done, they tend to have a big old waiting-list of games.
How is that any different from many private translation projects?
Not the first time those take forever for just a single game, not to mention it ain't the first time people just up and quit (after all, ain't nobody paying them for their efforts ya know, so who can really blame them).
So yeah ... it may be where ever on Kagura's TODO list, but an official announcement is often better than most you're gonna get from many a private translator ya know.
I'm used to "hobby" translation efforts being more open with where they are at any given time on the one project they're tackling, rather than Kagura which tends to give one announcement of "we're putting this on our list" and then nothing until it's done.
Sometimes that is true, often times not so much.
But sure, Kagura doesn't do any progress reports at all (which some others do, like MangaGamer or back in the day PeachPrincess and I believe JAST once did that as well ... dunno if that forum still exists with that project info).
