If you're using the autotranslate reipatcher, make sure you put it in the folder with the actual game executable and not the folder with just the launcher, then run it, then run the patch&run.

2. extract plugins folder of
You must be registered to see the links
to BepInEx that lies in GameData
3. extract
You must be registered to see the links
plugins folder to BepInEx folder
4. also extract plugins and core folders of
You must be registered to see the links
to BepInEx
5. and finally extract config and Translation folders
You must be registered to see the links
to, YOU KNOW it, BepInEx

I never extract that many archives in a 3 minute interval.

try move game folder to another place. (ex. "d:\Games\Summer Heat")
try rename winhttp.dll to version.dll
try turn off the anti-virus.

Here's hoping for a full translation at some point, this looks like a damn good game
