i havent done it personally but i think if you use a vpn and set your region to japan you can still see the ai section of dlsite. from there you should be able to buy it like normal
You have to do it with Point purchase did it yesterday. DLpay stuff it is another thing of DL where you can pay with Paypal otherwise you have got to own a japanese credit card
