I think the translation might have broken the game.
The items at least doesn't seem to update in the interface.
Semen Storage in toilet is broken and doesn't consume semen.
You can test the original by moving the english.pak .

Yeah it's a well known issue, there's something on the translation file that maybe broke some syntax on the game. Unfortunately no one want to fix it because the game itself doesn't get update anymore, so people lose motivation to fully translate the game.
While this game is really good and creative too bad it's now becoming an abandon-ware.

And managed to patch it, the interfaces is translated but the conversations get broken for some reason.
I don't know what more to do with them.
The Game.locres that it gives me is half the size of the original so UnrealLocres might have broken it.
The english translation seems to have been made from a chinese mod.
If anyone want's to try their luck.

It seems trying to translate the pussy names breaks the game, and the items are already broken... probably in the chinese translation also.
I have been looking around in the big .pak file to see if there is any original localization sources but no luck.
You can look for yourself with this tool.
Or extract the .pak directly.
Didn't see anything useful and I have no idea what wizardry the chinese did to mod it in the first place.

No. The game is already broken because of the translation, translating it more means it's even more broken.
The problem is the english translation is based on a chinese mod, and the chinese mod already broke the game, I can't really reversed that to see where it got wrong.
You would need to make a completely new mod from scratch, and there is no information on that and how the chinese managed to mod it.
