No. It is not out of date. The "common route" in visual novel are generaly the begining of the story when you still make choice that impact what route you will enter between a number of existing route. Here, there is only 2 routes. Lily and Yuko.
There, when it say 100% common route and 100% Lily route, it mean that there is only one route really translated. :)
