Frankly I'm surprised something like this doesn't already have an english translation somewhere. Even discounting how long its been around I thought this was super popular and it even got an H-anime, Which I think also got dubbed?? I might be making that last part up

Quite frankly, I'm curious why Lilith titles haven't seen official translations in ages. I'm pretty sure Mangagamer licensed a few way back in the day, but none of the "bigger" titles/series have ever been touched and I know I ended up just picking up the JP versions from JAST back when some of the fan TLs were released.
It is something of a surprise that it's only seen a partial TL. I mean, there's only so many decent fan translators out there, but I get the impression it must be somewhat troublesome considering some relatively more obscure titles have seen higher priority.
