the preg happens you lock in to one of ending! i did try to hide stuff as spoiler but it literally delete the text away soo better say it out now. my new game+ already finish. Earning 5000 points more than ever! i check the gallery and found that there still hidden stuff in there but i not really into this game anymore soo leave it at that.
i not sure when preg happens but at you can see in my first time to the game saves that they not preggy at all and game leaving me with 2 choices but new game+ game not giving me this choice at all. It might be i getting ton of favorability too fast and they getting corrupt too hard! or they get preg during corruption barrier level whatever it was at lv 2 and lv 1 will lock in ending i guess

Depends on which one do you mean, if its the last CG from the first pages in the gallery, its the event where you take them to one of the tents you installed, its part of their story, so you can check the hints section to see how to unlock each of them, if its from the last CG page, its the ending variant of staying in the island and giving one of the girls the seashell necklace.
