Proceeding while increasing the Public Morals (風紀) stat triggers an event where the Public Morals (風紀) Level drops to 0.
Following this, during sexual activity inside the cave, multiple characters can be selected. Selecting all characters triggers a 4P scene (Four-Person scene).

Personally i dont care if someone tries to add their own thing to the game but from the sound of it it falls more in the realm of a mod rather than a proper translation, if somehow the game ends up on the main page with that "translation" I can see torches being raised lol

That's totally fair. I'm considering trying to figure out how I can cleave my changes from my translation, but considering I kinda do this for work, I'm aware that branching is a huge ordeal and a PITA itself. And to be clear, it's just a single change to the one of the characters, but one that requires a lot of minor edits. I do agree it'll be controversial, which is why if there's too much complaining or people would rather me NOT share, I'm more than happy to keep it to myself. Personally, I don't understand why people are complaining about free things to which they did not contribute, but that's just human nature, I suppose.
And I also love both the story and the writing, even more (or rather, just as much as the art style and scenes). I'm not playing the game exclusively for the story, but I definitely wouldn't have attempted to translate if not for it.
Because a rewrite is a shit sandwich. No matter how much you say it's free, there's still dogshit in it. "It's free" isn't an excuse, especially when it will deter other people from doing the job, which has been seen over and over with people dumping MTLS and translators dropping projects. And you still haven't elaborated on WHAT your edit would be, because you know it will piss people off. I'll take a guess that it's either inserting your racial fetish again or changing the fact that one of the female leads is married.
You already admitted I was right, and I didn't bother replying to that clown because he was obviously baiting with that bullshit post - a game with, judging by previous games from this dev, many hours before you even get a scene and unimpressive CGs is played for the story, with the other elements being supplemental. Rewrites always get dogpiled because people want to see what the author wrote, not what the translator thinks is better. This is the case for manga unilaterally - even what some people call "localization" is reviled immediately. Rewrites get dogpiled even on low quality hentai manga.

Question that's kinda/kinda not related to this game:
I'm translating and editing the .ks files directly (Not using Tyrano Studio Builder since I've had problems with that in the past), and I've been working on the text.ks file specifically, which contains lots of important menu/UI items, and then replacing all data files in the extracted app.asar file. That's been working fine, especially in playtesting.
However, for some reason, as I playtested the game, it suddenly stopped accepting any changes from that file specifically (text.ks). Even deleting and replacing the file entirely didn't work. Deleting my saves (both global and individual) didn't work and even after restarting a new game didn't change anything. The strangest thing is it's JUST that file, and checking it, it seems fine; I haven't changed anything egregious either. Furthermore, I can re-add the original JPN text.ks file and certain parts are back in Japanese, but certain changes of mine (that were in the edited text.ks file) still remain.
No idea what's happening and I can't find any solution posted. Anyone have any guidance or can point me to the right forum for this?

Emerald_Gladiator can't help you with that problem besides an unlikely solution of ticking "Read-only" in Properties to see if that does anything, but could you answer the questions about what you're changing instead of blatantly ignore it?
