It's a rare drop from the beach site in the South (1st map), can either try your luck after reaching 100% exploration rate or wait the day right after the storm, net around 8-10/day
As per the tutorial, which I guess many don't read.
The island's weather has five types: 「Sunny」, 「Cloudy」, 「Rainy」, 「Heatwave」 and 「Typhoon」. Weather mainly affects factors such as status changes during island exploration and how easily drift materials can be found.
On Cloudy days, water consumption during exploration is lower than on Sunny days, making them ideal for exploring the island. However, rain may begin to fall while you're out.
On Rainy days, water consumption during exploration drops to zero, but stamina drains faster. Prolonged activity in the rain may cause colds, so be careful.
Additionally, rain automatically fills up water containers, slightly restoring your water reserves after sleeping.
On Heatwave days, water and stamina consumption both increase during exploration. Food spoilage also accelerates─expiration dates shorten more than usual when the day changes.
On Typhoon days, you cannot go outside at all. Outdoor facilities will suffer heavy durability loss.
While the disadvantages are severe, for the two days after the typhoon, rare drift materials will wash ashore and can be collected more easily.

Honestly.. with how easy the game, the dev shouldn't have lowered the difficulty and instead should have added some mechanics... barricades were pretty useless, while i luv the wolves atk every 5 days.. i got tired with the same enemy and same encounter, could have use some snake & bear(and boar kind pf funny how easy they hunt it) from encounter, most items were pretty useless except for the risk prevention & deadly black liquid, repair&upgrade should b separated, most skill were also useless xcept for inspire & dex, also don't what point of fishing & fishing offshore(maybe i missed something)
Last tip from me, the strongest weap you could use in the beggining is knife btw, it was so OP & having Yumeno hold Axe is the best assist.

I agree the game is now ultra easy. They should've made a middle difficulty level for people that were bitching it was very hard and left the original as it was. I played the v1.0.5 version and never had any difficulty with anything.

For walkthrough, there is one come with the game. Just press the info icon at the bottom bar and the system will guide you on how to get the women and decrease the moral levels.
just keep gathering at north-east with a woman with high gathering levels, it will come out sooner or later.
