I am not too sure about this. I guess it's not so bad if it's just animation and the base image is still hand drawn by Nuko?
Yes, every image is drawn by nuko and i think he's going to add motion with AI in every images

Now this is proper use of AI, its a tool and nothing else.
I could watch this all day^^

The pace is so painfully AI i cant unsee it lmao, hopefully he tweaks it a bit before settling on it
Unfortunately i think AI generated animation doesnt increase nuko pace/reduce his workload by a lots, he still need to draw the keyframe and let AI fill in between, in fact it may increase more workload as he now need fix/tweak the error frame generated by AI...If you played nuko previous title, you know his game its not about animated scene, but more on the story and his arts, not the smoothness of the animation.

The thing about AI animating anything is that it has a certain cadence to it, it doesnt care about flowing from one frame to the other and as such so it cant show the girl trying to struggle to shake off the merchant guy nor does it have any weight to the movements.
And one thing that im worrying about, Nuko is using more and more AI for his projects, hell i wouldn't be surprised to find his coding is done with ChatGPT. We're not so far from the art also becoming AI im afraid..
All that mentioned, how the fuck is he so slow now when half of the game is machine generated; unless he is planning for this story to be his magnum opus with godtier twists to the plot then i cant see what the holdup is. He is no longer working as an artist for any other developer and he gets one scene drawn in like a month or so, just where is all the time being invested?
But based on that twitter post, its actually looks better with AI involved, the boobs look more bouncy and convincing...hence the question, how much time nuko spend in tweaking/fixing, if nuko just throwing some few keyframes, and the AI did generated the final result like the one in twitter post, then its might actually help in workload for nuko, however if he spend more time tweaking/fixing the AI part, then looks like we’re cooked on progression
Also i dont think the ChatGPT did much help in RPG Maker coding, i mean the coding part in RPG maker more likes debugging in flag/scene/condition, for example you need bring out a Fellatio scene, with NTR value <75, but you need the flag checked so it wont go to Sex/Anal scene instead......what i mean is i cant imagine how chatgpt can help me if i want to bring out Viktoria anal sex scene with shopkeeper, but only when NTR value under 50, and only happened if its more than day 3, with 7 artifact collected.
I dont know what to tell you, it seems like it's animated at a high frame rate which in turn means there's a lot of interpolation going on. If you like it then you do you, but it looks bizarre and once you notice the hiccups of AI animation you wont be able to unsee it, plus i dont really feel like Nuko's games need animation, the core of the experience for me is the corruption and stoic faced heroine, not animations.
Also for the coding part, ChatGPT can easily spit out some code that may or may not work, it can handle databases (not recommended!) just from describing them so why not some easy if statements? I find this very odd, flags are quite intuitive and easy to manipulate, even a begginer with block coding could understand them so ChatGPT can definetly handle it im sure
