I get that we want this game to be translated but isn't this a bit too many +1s considering the game isn't even out yet?

xD the hell with the +1's just use Mtool. It's not worthy doing even a patch for a game that may change. Also, I don't think it will take years. If i recall correctly, Nuko said all the events were in place and he was waiting for HCG to integrate into the game. Of course, he's also helping other devs, I think a friend said he usually works with Cobra

Great. Just wonderful. Cause clearly the schedule isn't far enough behind yet.
Unless this turns out to be a variant set and he's just going to blur the finished product to simulate motion, we're in for at least an extra half year's worth of waiting for this damn thing to get completed.

Seriously, does the fact that you 'disagree' with me mean that you want games to take forever to come out and run the risk of NOT getting released ever? That you condone devs milking supporter money?
The devs are not gods that we should bow down and sacrifice our wallets to; the games they make are not divine blessings. Get that through your head.

Believe me, I understand that. It's just that the last few games Nuko released were released on a relatively stable schedule (with dlsite releases dates that were met) so I admit I got my hopes up for this one.

No, I disagree because you are acting like this is a new thing when previous CGs ALREADY had this. You are doomposting over nothing, over something that ALREADY exist in the game? And now you are mad that I disagree with you?
1. You acted like this will further increase the time it takes, when the dev has already been doing this. This just feels like you are a tourist here and have never played the demos.
2. The fact that slight disagreement about this already warrants this kind of reaction from you.
3. You are putting words in my mouth by saying "Seriously, does the fact that you 'disagree' with me mean that you want games to take forever". A counter point being: do you want rushed poorly done games?
4. You are doomposting about the game will be taking more time to finish when you are outright wrong.
5. You misconstrue my disagreement as the complete polar opposite of the thing you made up in your head.

The dev is LITERALLY already been doing that.
You were defending that last guy and saying people shouldn't complain. It took two pages of pvp before you conceded the right to complain at the dev, and that the Chinese comments were not well-translated.
I'm not mad, I'm just...in a state of non-understanding how someone can be so protective of somebody who wants their money and may or may not be actively taking it.
1) I've played both. I'm worried he'll want to add full animation, which WILL increase production time.
2) Mostly because a) you slapped me with the 'disagree' reaction and b) I'm seeing more and more Japanese devs go the Western route of sleeping on supporter money.
3) I want COMPLETE games that stick to a stable schedule. If that means a quality lapse, that's fine, devs are human, they can improve. What I don't like is wishy-washy.
4) Okay, fair is fair, I admit that was a bit too knee-jerk of me. That does not invalidate my point--if Nuko is thinking about adding full animation, we should be worried.
5) I construe your disagreement to my opinion of you being a defender of potentially bad dev behavior. You're welcome to prove me wrong.
I never conceded. Which guy was I defending? I never said people shouldn't complain. Again, putting words in my mouth.
I said that being toxic will potentially make the game take longer. That's what I said. As I have said in that long back and forth before, toxicity is not a good motivator. Pissing a dev off will just potentially kill motivation = more dev time.
1. So you were having too fast of a reaction about something that you yourself isn't sure about? When it is literally similar to other CGs already.
2. A. Because I disagree. That's what the reaction function is for. B. This specific dev has been consistent with releases. If the game takes longer than usual, it is highly more likely that it is about something else than it is being milking.
3. That doesn't completely answer my 3rd point being that you are putting words in my mouth. If a game releases "on schedule" while unpolished. You will still definitely complain.
4. Fair. If he will, pray that the animation is outsourced. It will most likely be similar to the one I linked after my previous message. Meaning, the development time will be the same as it is before.
5. I disagreed with the statement about "adding animation" as I have already stated. About the potentially bad dev behavior, I have no reason to cast my doubts YET. KEYWORD: YET, before anyone accuses me of white knighting or something similar.
I always give the benefit of the doubt to devs that have already finished a game, or multiple.
