I've tried getting MTL using Translator++ however just got a bunch of issues. If I remember correctly there were some RPGMakerMV add-ons the dev used that don't like it being translated.

Game is pretty straight forward can't avoid NTR and if you want to play from female perspective to see some H instead of just game suggesting it you got to play through male prot.
