last thing i can think is japanese language pack for windows if you dont have it already, Settings > Time & language > Language & region > Prefered Languages > add japanese language pack. No idea what else could it be

Looks like the image error you get from the floor 4 boss when in English.
You can work around it by changing the language to JP, in the settings bar at the top before entering combat.

The issue also persists in subsequent floors for certain enemies, so you may wanna keep JP on when in the dungeon, or you'll see this error a lot.
