Go to the Nun's house (first house in the other side) during the afternoon/evening (second time), and you'll find the head nun "scolding" another nun. You have to pee inside of the head nun.

How do you fuck? I've stopped time and I can't do jack shit. No interaction prompt, pressing e doesn't work. Feels like the game is bugged.

You can always go to every girl(s) from different directions and when you're close enough, just press E to interact. Works in normal and time stop mode (Q).
First spam E to increase your pee/cum meter and then press Q and have some fun.
When you have 2 girls, try different positions to see another sex action.
There is also a full save with endless mode in this page.
The only bug I had so far was that girl in the first building inside the kitchen, where you could drink some coffee. The popup message didn't disappear after some drinks. Starting the game again solved this, but actually you don't need it since you simple just spam the E Button like mentioned above.
And if someone somehow ended up in first person view, simple use you're scroll whell on your mouse to switch back to third person. The Pop-up for interactions didn't work in FP view.
For Translation: I used Google lens and simply translate the text. works pretty well.
Yep, that was the problem, seems kinda stupid you can't initiate sex in first person (what's the point of having it then lol).

Yeah, that could happen. XD After restart the game, it's works again and later I figured out what was the case for that.

The answer to your issue is some posts above yours...use your scroll whell on mouse to fix it without restarting the game.

No i mean in the afternoon when the witch lying on the bed, It's hard to press e to pass time, but then I know you can ineract with bench to do it so whatever

Nope. But you can use your phone to translate via camera and Google translate. Works good for me to complete the game, or you can go back one page for the full save without the quests.
