A MTL partially edited with the help from a friend
Dialogue is probably going to be wonky in areas as I used Translator++.
They said something about data being stored in prior saves won't be translated like actor names, classes, and the map you're currently saved on. The fix for the last one is just leave the map and go back to refresh the data.
