so if your like me and cant wait: Translumo allows you to highlight an area of your screen and it'll tell you what it says. its very limited but it is free. it can translate japanese into english and gives you a few optiosn of translation sources. it doesnt do an overlay like gaminik but that one wants a subscription. anyway hope this helps my fellow perverts to at least navigate the menues

the game doesn't stick with autotranslator so it's probably il2cpp but the gameplay is very simplistic, click on the notepad and pick a name to get a bitch, the hypnosis animation is unskippable and takes a while, japanese as usual not knowing friendly UX design

also it eats 1.5GB for a 70mb appliaction... unity being unity it seems, especially if unoptimized, the game pauses on focus lose so you can alt tab without worries.

LMAO it worked, ok, literally just follow this steps:
Download this il2cpp thing:

You must be registered to see the links

Unzip it to the game folder
Run the game, its gonna take like 30 seconds or something, then to be sure it worked open the bepin folder and you should have more folders than when you started
Then download the auto translator:

You must be registered to see the links

You are gonna unzip this into the game folder directly, run the game, give it a couple seconds and its done

For any other numbskulls like me who don't know what the "game folder" was exactly, wherever you installed the game should look like something like "D://....../Japanese characters" for where the game is. That's the folder you want to use. there's "D://....../Japanese characters/TranceAcademy_Data". which is too far/too deep. The BepinEX folder should be on the same "level"/folder as the .exe for the game itself. like so
