Every time i have had something reviewed that was ruled "Rule 7" by a mod, it has been overturned; and i suspect this would also be so.
Rule7 specifically states, "A "prepubescent character" is one that visually shows no sign of puberty, or if non-visual is otherwise clearly intended to represent a prepubescent character. 2D and 'unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably."
These girls clearly have breasts, all of them, B-cup plus, no flat chests / toddlercon etc... Further, they all get pregnant, something impossible for a 'pre-pubescent' character. Lastly, it is 2D art, and not a 'realistic depiction', as it contains futanari, tentacles, and other fantasy / mythical transformation.
I do thank you for the ULMF link, I had seen it before, and unfortunately the translation patch link hosting site is long since down, and the thread is so old, it's locked against further updates / replies, so i still hope someone takes this up. ULMF patch was also only a partial.
No it's working but like I said you'll need a VPN, you must be in one of the country's Zippy blocks. I just use the VPN built into Opera. What I played of the torrent was fully translated, but I didn't play through the whole game.

Sorry for the delayed response, just saw your reposting invoking Rule 7 when i visited the thread due to a like notification.
I did download the Translation you pointed out, but it was a very poor machine translation. Practically unplayable, wording off the side of the screen, large untranslated sections, etc... I'd like to move forward with requesting an actual fan translation.
For the record, I'd like to go ahead and invoke a Review of this game with the Mods for Rule 7.
In evidence, i would like to point out that Rule 7 was deemed not to apply to the following 3D games:
Each of the above games has much more graphic representations of loli, in a 3D format specifically mentioned as 'less tolerable' under Rule 7. Three include flat chests, (prepubescent), specifically mentioned under Rule 7, and 2 invoke a school setting. All this not withstanding, Rule 7 was specifically not invoked because all were determined to be 'Fantastical in nature, and not a realistic depiction...', Which given the subject matter of mythical creatures, inter-species sex, and oviposition, i believe is nakedly in evidence here.
Further, Works by this same artist, including the prequel to this game featuring several of the same characters, is already approved and hosted on this site:
Lastly, i would like to point to 240 games hosted here with "loli" content. Some of which feature no fantastical content specifically mentioned in Rule 7 as being 'more tolerable', and several of which are based on no more fantastical content that direct abduction and molestation of schoolgirls walking home. Some directly featuring prepubescent characters and even direct todlercon.
In summary, The 2D depiction and obvious fantastical setting of this game featuring mythical creatures, insectovoria, tentacles, futanaria, and oviposition already qualifies it for immunity under Rule 7 under 'unrealistic depictions' clause, in my opinion.
Further, Rule 7 specifically invokes A "prepubescent character", read that to mean one which has not developed breasts, under the heading 'loli'... All girls depicted in this work, (which as mentioned is a sequel to an already hosted game featuring the same characters), have A or B cup breasts. I would remind the reader that this is a Japanese game, and in Japan, 87% of women have A cup or smaller breasts... As such, the attempt to assign a loli definition to the games characters based simply on the cup size of their natural breasts, representative of their genome, is nothing more than Western bigotry against the Asian people... As such, i would remind you that discrimination based upon race is also a thought crime.

As I can see that you really feel strongly about this game, I'd recommend you to create a new dedicated request thread in the correct sub forum and copy-paste your post there. Maybe also message a mod directly so that they can start a proper review process based on your arguments.

I replied to the mod in question, so he should get a notification. I want to go through him, since he is the one denying it, so it doesn't appear that i'm trying to back-door him. When i have gone through the review process on previous occasions, i have always escalated through the mod, so i can be seen to respect the chain of command.

Actually AFAIK TheBlueKnight is not a mod, but rather "just" a very active user. I too though would love to see the game here, is simply an amazing game, and that does sound like a pretty strong case you got there.
So amazing I have infact been doing a bit of modding of the game, but I have to say if/when I get done I do have no idea where I could distibute it if it the game doesn't get allowed here , only other place I can think of would be ULMF, but even doing normal posts over there can feel like stepping on 7-inch nails often, let alone and entire topic which would probably be needed for something like this
Can anyone tell me how to use the Record 1 for the unlock? For not losing to the Crystal Knight it is suppose to unlock that scene but I can find no way to use the item.
