Talk to the man near "memories" entrance (Northeast from pervert old man) at night (7pm+ iirc). He will ask you to find something called "golden mushroom" (thats how it's translated).
Sleep, then go to the top of mountain (the entrance is west side of the map), in there you will find the golden mushroom. Wait for night, then talk to the man near "memories" entrance again, he will give you the key
