Use adult magazine or watch porn or anything to get her in heat.
After that you should be able to walk around naked.

Getting errors when trying to start the game, saying it's missing images or something.
Before anyone says "install in japanese locale" I already unzipped the game in japanese locale and all that jazz.

You'll eventually get used to it.
I suggest you use an RPG Maker translation software like Translate++ to see past dialogs, this makes it easier to play the game despite the machine translation.
Been looking for a full save for a long time, but I finally found a method to unlock all CGs!!!
The video is kinda unclear, but you have to use the excrete function in front of the camera in the area shown there, then talk to the NPC on top
Attached is a save file that already did the method, and is inside the CG room with full access.
