For the main content, yes I believe. Dev is working on some extra post-game stuff now.

How to unlock all other areas in the game after defeating the demon lord? I have unlocked the troll cave area and as far as I know there are two more areas but don't know how to get there.

Probably not translated yet, but he's working on it. There's supposed to be one final pass before everything was done supposedly this is just the most recent public build he's put out

Separate content (though I think it's additional art to coincide with it) but there are abortion scenes post-game if you choose to look for it. It can be locked completely if you choose the wrong options and it's not translated yet so make a save before entering the house.

Again, I am attempting to fully translate the game by the end of this year, which does seem attainable based on the amount of work left.

As the deadline slowly approaches, I’ll be giving bi-weekly updates to supplement my progress.

It turns out there’s still a lot for me to do, but I’m hoping I still have the capacity to complete it all before the end of the year.

Speaking of progress on Kirin's translations, does anyone know how to actually trigger any of her scenes? It's practically the only one I'm missing

EDIT: After defeating the Demon King you have to talk to Kirin while naked and in your mature form. Did not know the attire state can make such difference, I should play naked more often...
