Gallery is a location you get through the phone (a), go to the map icon, second to last option

anyone know how to unlock the gallery for the 2 that says you can invite them later? they're located to the right of the man with glasses from manga cafe in the gallery.
Or is this the dev just saying one of them will be available in an update for the fourth room in the building
