I already bought the help tip to reach rank 3 but when I translated it, it just vaguely says to "visit the next target amount". Not sure what this exactly refers to or how I can achieve it...

The games pretty big so I don't have a 100% full save yet. I've attached my save file that's about 50-60% done tho.

This game definitely pain to translate. Even MTL still painful to apply, the conversation format is in csv and the UI is in javascript. I give up. I have limited knowledge about javascript so expect the UI is bugged and probably can cause weird error to gameplay?? If you just want safe you can choose the conversation only.
TO Apply just pick one of file
1. Conversation&UI is include ui and conversation(MTL)
2. Conversation-Only is include conversation only(MTL)
and just overwrite to game folder. If you want make backup of your game file, backup folder data and js.

Well how bout that, evidently there's a cheat mode option that you can select at the beginning of the game. It's the 3rd option at the bottom at the very start. Thank you MTL!
