Is the DLC contain additional gameplay and costumes, or is it just costumes?
Announcements like this really don't benefit sales. I want to support the developers, but it's hard to say whether paying full price for only 80% of the quality is worthwhile.

I think so far the content is finished but pending for adjustment (content cut) for Steam version. The complete concent patch will be released later on their Patreon site. Also, for translation, it's gonna take a while
