Right, each couple that talks to the onsen girl makes the room events go further. So speak to her once and she'll put dinner in the room (of the couple you are playing as), then you press Z on the dinner once to start eating and then Z again to finish the dinner (the table will have eaten food on it) then go speak to the onsen girl again and she will put beds out for that couple.

Bottom right is positions found
Bottom left is orgasms left, if this goes to 0 game over. You can replenish these by (I have noticed):
* Getting a couple to cum at the same time (that's what the 0/4 numbers are for underneath their icon)
* Getting them to use the vending machine.
* Colliding with snowflakes in the sky (these seem to appear when you are down to your last 1 or 2 orgasms)
* Finding a new position (it changes whether you are controlling the male or female, who your partner is, and how horny they are (check the numbers underneath their icon).
