For anyone whose computer is not a potato, I recommend LunaTranslator with offline LLM model. It's an amazing tool, with almost everything related to language (OCR/Hook, online/offline translation, TTS, transcription, and even Japanese language learning) as well as almost complete coverage for game engines (even plus emulators). Well developed and maintained, best in AI era.
