Ren'Py - Abandoned - Trapped in Mysterious Lewd Island Remastered [v0.5.8] [cheezygirl]

It's a little confusing at first but once you get over that the models are made well and there is a decent amount of things to do. I do wish there was more content but that takes time and will come as it's ready. In the end it looks like there should be several pages of girls stats to track on the phone and hours of content to delve through. We just need to be patient until all of it can become complete.

This game has a good story and beautiful girls.

I have two complaints:

1) the animations are weird because their arms are doing weird things. Also, some loops don't end quite right.

2) the story randomly says things like "this girl is not in the game" or "the girl's story ends here" but it goes on or the girl is actually in the game. There is some cleanup work that needs to happen along with a little bit of proofing.

Overall a good game with a lot of promise, just needs to improve those two things. All of the girls are amazingly well rendered and the backdrops are new/unique.

Ehm where do i Start?

The girls... they are literally all of them the same girl, literally, im not kidding, What the hell is that? Well thats it.
The game is a free for all, no bullshit handjob blowjob thing, it goes straight to the bits, and this would be good if, i dont know The girls werent all the same, and woul have more than one dimension?
From the outside its hard knowing who is who, and their sopupasted personality does not help. Well it is what it is.

Going straight to the bits is good, but maybe some transition to the sex scenes? at least one render to let me know, something.
Going straight to the bits is awesome for a game, if sex sceens were not only default animations, an by the way, the animations are horrible.

The only tihign you are getting from the sex scene is the sense of acomplishment, but there is not much acomplishment if it is so easy and so soulless.

And this is the remastered version, i thingk it got remastered from the begining. How bad was the original?
There are only 2 girls that are different and they have nothing to do basically.
Nah this one is terrible.

The thing is the game surely has potential and some good looking LI's too but the micro updates with a few renders make it not worth downloading . It would be good if the dev took more time like around but give a good and big update than can be played for a while and not just a mere 5 min update with 90-100 renders. I mean every month a micro update sorta kills the mood to play a game and you would rather skip a few updates and then play it.

This game is fun. It's worth playing. The characters are each distinct. The premise is good: they are trapped on an island and must excel at sex to have a chance to escape. That sounds as if it's the premise for a dark non-consensual nightmare; instead, it's treated with a light touch, as if aware that "this is only a game." That gives this a kind of charm. It has a dark premise involving kidnapping, but no one is in angst or fear. It's pretend! It's not realism --and that makes it good.

The renders are good, but not excellent. The story is good, but not quite excellent. Overall, this is fun and engaging. A good game!

I want to give it 4.4 stars.

I played both the early release and the new update (Free roam) content of the game. I like them both. I would like to rate each part of the game as some have done before.
1) Renders 5/5 they are really pleasant to look at and the models are good looking without much exaggerations
2) Animations 5/5 (I never compare the animations with other games high smooth animations or with lower quality ones, as long as the animation meshes well with the current game and story it is good for me)
3)Content 4/5 (It is highly recommended to make the early release as Ep1 even without rework just rename so people can understand the context) It will also help with more content in the total game. I recommend everyone to play the 2.5.7(I think) version first then play the updated version.
4) Story 4/5 (I know it is work in progress and will grow more, so looking forward to more)
5)Gameplay 4/5 , It is quite easy to move forward without any grind, I love that part, easy mini-game questions or just use rollback like everyone does

I would suggest providing some Map even with fog of war for unreleased content or future updates, it would make it more adaptable for free roam concept. And good perspective while playing. Even though the point system and money doesn't seem to have big impact right now, it would be cool to see them listed in a page for own satisfaction. Also, it is good that you have mentioned in Vivy (more scenes in new update) or something to show the content is over. But, I like the repeat option (like in the boutique cloth shop scene) just for the fun of it, as long as we see the repeat scene option we understand there is no more progress until update. Overall I appreciate your hardwork and enthusiasm. I also see you growing better with new updates. This is definitely on my List of games to play (Playlist?, watchlist? )

The models look really nice, The story line is unique (I liked it).
I liked the characters there all varied and different.
The free roam play is quite nice and the question were easy enough.
The English is a clear improvement from the first one.
I do hope that you update the first one and maybe integrate it into this one, It would give more context to the story.
I know this is a WIP, but I do like where you are going with it.

An Enjoyable game without too much grinding. Glad ro see that Daz models are used here instead of honey select. Have high hopes for this one. Not much of a story as of now.

My initial rating for this game was a four, but that was back during episode 1 and the game is improving per update. The story is different than the usual with a very Saw-like theme going on, a good thing . The characters are well written, look great (especially Lancy) and have varying personalities; I can't count a single lady that I don't like in this game in both the personality and looks department. The MC isn't a douche, good job. The gameplay is simple and easy >> no puzzles; no grind; no inane mini-games. There are instances where the fourth wall is broken as explained in another review, but that doesn't bother me at all nor ruin my immersion.

Some animations have some minor flaws but are very smooth and have great physics. There's also no screen shake in the animations, which is a major plus in my book .

What's missing? Little things that are considered minor but greatly enhance the immersion >> Bath, brush teeth, eat, watch tv > watch tv with Lancy >> Sleep is already there but also >> sleep with Lancy.

Worth a playthrough.

I got about 15/20 mins into the first version, and I had to stop because my brain hurt.
So, the MC gets knocked out, transported to an island, and has to complete challenges with his female partner. That's a good story idea
Here's where things go sideways for me
The models look like they're melting wax dummies.
No character diversity
The only two chicks I met looked like twins with different hair color
I just couldn't get invested with any of this VN. I'm not even sure why there is a second part? Any ways, this one is a hard pass for me.

First off the people rating this game 5 stars are misleading everyone. Other then the renders of the pretty girls this game has nothing in it. The story hardly advances at all other then you are in a game with your memory gone. Most scenes are super small or still being developed. The dev over and over breaks the 4th wall to say this scene is in development and reminds the reader that he needs patreons and to visit his page. This game is obviously just some cash grab and going nowhere. I would not bother even playing this as I found it to be a waste of time. After trying this game I deleted it and wouldnt play it again. The rating of this game is way to high.

I really enjoyed it.
The animations are good, though some parts obviously need some work in but over all it was good.

The story is intriguing, especially with the missing memories mystery. No one really knows why they specifically volunteered to join the island, they just have a vague idea. Leaving lots of room for surprises!

Gameplay wise, I like the shift towards a ZERO grind sandbox after a VN intro due to the ability to see the content with my favorite girls first before moving down the line and/or skipping a girl you don't like. (though I am liking all the girls introduced so far) There is a decent amount of content now but you do run into some (in development) warnings.

I will be absolutely looking forward to more by this dev.

I have to echo the latest review before mine with some additions:

The renders are not very good. Additionally, all of the models look to be minor tweaks of each other (the outside slanted eyes, for example.) There are a host of spelling/grammar errors and FAR too much placeholder text. The story makes little to no sense and the points system is exactly as the reviewer below me stated.

This game should've been in development for longer and tightened up before release, because as it stands it feels a good 6-12 months away from being serviceable.

There is nothing really going for this game.

The graphics are not very good, the characters are blurry and I don't like the faces of some of the girls. On the positive side I like the breasts and the sex is animated.

The story is a mess. People were kidnapped and put on an Island where they have to do some erotic tasks to win. MC is a perv, and he doesn't have to do anything anyway so he is ok with it of course but the girls go with it too. There is no evidence that they will really get a lot of money or that they will be allowed to go. Lancy doesn't even know whether MC is involved in the kidnapping or not but she is still willing to go with it.
Early on it's stated that the players are assigned to pairs like MC and Lancy but some of the girls and guys seemingly doesn't have a partner. Like Vivy or Katie.
The whole kidnapping thing doesn't really feel mysterious or scary rather it's like it's just an excuse to make the women do sexy stuff with MC.

There is a point system. Your choices give you affection and/or lust points with the girls. But even with the in game mode showing these points, you don't know what to choose to unlock a later event because without a walkthrough you won't know how many points you will need and when to maximize available content in a certain playthrough.

The text is full of errors. Formatting of sentences are non existent.

Additionally there are a lot of placeholder in the game, saying this or that scene will be made later.

The game has solid renders and good animations. The story needs a little work and some proofreading, but it'll get their eventually. It's a fun game to play with some good sex scenes. It's worth checking out.

Pros:
Not my style of girls, but I check every game that comes out and these are unique. The plot is simple and fits the category of PORN GAMES. Already has few animations in it.

Cons:
There are some grammar mistakes, but is fixable
Animations have clipping dick in them, but then again it's fixable too



Personal note to dev: You are already making money on your work, so people love your project. Don't worry and try to exceed your limits!

First of all.. I love the character design soo much! I think the design is what saved the game so far (per v0-2-1).

Too bad the character development on the game could be better, the development feel rushed, and that's why I think the transition between even can felt weird sometimes.

I'm expecting something better on the future update .

Had fun with the game. Can definitely use some improvement, but it has a sort of janky charm to it. The story gives me Isekai anime vibes (awesome) and characters aren't clones that you see in most other games.

Edit - I'm gonna have to lower my rating to two stars due to the dev switching the game from VN to free roam.

Edit 2 - Dev changed their mind about switching to free roam. Bumping score up to 3 stars.

Edit 3 - This will likely be my final edit unless a miracle happens. The story has been retconned heavily and has changed directions. It's currently a confusing mess with illogical characters/story and plotholes. Reduced to 1 star.

May adjust review as game is updated.

The models look realy nice, but the storytelling and translation is very poor.
I didn't last longer than five minutes.
I think you should focus on the story first, bacause a bad stoy pulls down the nice models!
