There isn't much in the game.
The goal is to survive and get out of the hole by managing your hunger, motivation and morale.

You start by going through trash, and with the little money you make you can buy gear to get better jobs, with better jobs, you can get better ffod and other means to improve morale and motivation.

With some activities, you get reputation points with some girls. When you have 5 reputation points, you unlock a still image with the character.

Don't play this to fap, the adult content is just cherry on top of a deflated, past date cake.

the game is short, it can be finished in 10min.

The gamplay concept is good, the execution is poor, You are a MAN that escapes your home, you must begin from literally 0, no house no money, manage your hunger, your mental state and your will to keep living, sadly the game revolves around one thing, click words

First click on job, the click on food, and then click on jerk off, once those bars are filled, after about 10 clicks you then click on workout until that bars fills up, when your 3 bars fill up you can work again, save some money to upgrade your job so you gain more money, eventually you get enough money that you only need 4 clicks per cycle,
