Trending status

I'm wondering how to get that so-called 'Trending' status to my game's thread?

This thread was created by moderator when we released the demo, now we have a big update. I've already reported about it and another moderator posted there a new version, but this thread is still somewhere on page 27 in games list.

Is it possible to bump it somehow?

Or I just don't get how sorting works here.

But i still don't understand how Trending mark is being applied? Does it depend on some measurable parameters (like views number etc)?
