I downloaded the wrong neighbor's from hell, I was here for childhood laughter, but ended up with promising fap stuff.
The concept of the game is exceptionally attracting, Adding the wife and few more characters are the only things that are needed in subsequent updates.

well yea, have you seen the dialogue? very few VAs are willing to say those and the ones who are willing are expensive to hire. Besides, based on what is on their patreon, this is their first game, and I doubt he could hire VAs yet. This is the only good reason i see to use AI voices, when you are just starting out.
