Very likely I'm just blind from a lack of sleep, but is there no way to make it full screen? Or least not like 800 by 600 or whatever tiny res mine currently is. Also no way to lower the music? Headset is stupid loud, pc is at 1 for volume but most games I have to lower music to 5-25% to have it at a normal level.
The settings window just has difficulty and key bindings.
I've tried resizing window with mouse, alt enter, the F keys, etc. No luck.

Just a heads up the Upload Haven download is full of adware and does not contain the game

how the hell do i even start the game in the menu?? I tried, and it keeps bringing up difficulty settings.. any help here??

Lower volume (PC build, may be different for Mac / Linux) :
START menu (On your PC, not the game)
Type in "volume mixer" or "volume settings"
lower the volume from the list.

There is a "special achievement" in every single stage, once you've gained all of them I guess then you can access the secret boss.
The first one I got was an hidden mask of stone in the Amazon Region. (High route), this gives you the 1st special achievement.
The second one I discovered was in the pirates dream stage, in which you get an spedometer that's shaped like an emerald, and a compass: this allows you to reason with the captain, and unlocks a stage where you race to an alternative boss. Defeating that boss gives you the second 3rd special achievement.
2nd special achievement - Greenday - ????????? (I have not come across this unfortunately)
4th special achievment - Dark Snow - ???????? (I have not come across this unfortunately)
