What would you guys consider AAA hentai/porn games?

Does it have to be done by a big studio or does is it allowed for a small one to take its time?
Does something like this even exist?
(Obviously your run-of-the-mill VN doesn't cut it, if it has not even decent animation.
Is the story even relevant?)

Am I allowed to consider Cyberpunk2077 as one, since with mods, you can put in the implied sex?
How far am I allowed to see a modded "normal" game as a hentai/porn game in this instance?

Something made and marketed by a big company. Maybe the dev is actually different from that company (subcontracting happens quite alot in game development), but they have to stand behind it.

These come to mind:

None of those were really successful, I think.

Some Japanese VN's may also count but I'm not that familiar with that market.

No because the mod (the porn part) was not made /marketed by the AAA company.

Of course what I meant by AAA games are games with enough graphic fidelity and smooth animation up to standard in 2019/2020.

As a comparison, no matter how much I want to consider it, "The Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time" is not a AAA game in 2019/2020.
Breath of the Wild is one, but Skywardsword would be close to the edge. When BotW2 comes out, I would be indecisive where I'd put tLoZ:SS.

That's not how the term AAA works. Games don't suddenly become "not AAA anymore" with the passage of time and evolved standards. AAA isn't even strictly about graphics. It's about a game's budget. So unless you are willing to fund a multimillion dollar adult game, no, you won't see graphics comparable to a game like Cyberpunk.

First of all, I only mentioned Cyberpunk, because I like it and because it'll probably be THE game 2020 ontop of everything else as an AAA game. Of course you are right about games not becoming "not AAA games" with the passage of time. It is just very hard for me to describe a game, that I'm searching for. It's just that I seem to not be able to find a game with decend animation, POV possibility, cross-section view, fertilization, character customization and variation.

I'm think talking about a fusion of Honey Select and the animation of Affect3D (with internal view of cumming inside a pussy).

I really don't think any VN can be considered AAA title at all...
The money, time and staff numbers are just simply way too small for every single VN studio in Japan.

I consider any game I enjoy/enjoyed a whole lot to be AAA.

Girl life, Leane of the Legitimate Crown (sadly there's no english version) and Lilitales.

I think that if you change 'AAA' to 'premium', it gets easier to accept that some games fall into that category. Like, for example, a game with production value notably higher than the norm (maybe deluca or milfy?) rather than with a million dollar budget.

Short of that distinction, the only games that may qualify are the ones from Illusion.

The meaning of “AAA”
