Hi, becouse tags don't help a lot, I'm going to ask here. Is there any other true sandbox game with huge amount of characters with their own personalities like Glassix, Holiday Island or Love & Sex: Second Base ? I mean game without necessity to follow a story where you can visit the girls whenever you want, ask them on date whenever you want etc. Where girls don't follow exact route of where to be at exact time, but with at least some randomness.

Holiday Islands is one of my favorite SandBox Games , but it's not so easy to suggest you one game where you can do really what you want , when you want build in a open world... There are really not so much actually , because more difficult to make that a linear Vn in Ren-Py style
I can suggest you , the Open Wolrld game that i liked more :

Yea, I like Milfy City and Man of the House too, but it's not what I'm looking for. It's linear and there is no randomness. I also don't like Summertime Saga that much. I'm going to write, what I am looking for as simple as possible. I'm looking for open world, with a lot of locations. When you go to some of them, you can randomly find one or more characters just standing there, you can click on them and there is multiple options, what to do with them (for example - talk, follow, give, ask on date, sex related options etc.). I like games like Milfy City, F.I.L.F. or Big Brother, but in those games, all characters have the same route every day (for example - you can be sure, that this girl is going to be in the kitchen in the morning, in her job in the afternoon, in the living room in the evening and in her bed at night and the next day is the same). And there is not too much to do with those characters. Mostly you go to them and for each location you have like one or two options, what to do with the character at that time.

I don't think you will find here i nthis Forum ( but also in some other sites ) some games with these characteristic and with all contents you wish.
To make a really Adult sandbox game , in a full open world , with a good playability where a player can do what he wants , when he want , its' not easy at all ; it needs a superior technical ability , more time and absolutely more resources.
Actually the only Adult game that is more close to have all these things is Summertime Saga , i don't have any other titles in my mind .

I just found Summer Job, that game is close to what I am looking for, but it's in early state of development. This forum is imo the best place to find what I'm looking for and I understand, that it's harder to make a game like that, but it's possible and I don't mind donating on Patreon for a game like that. I would appreciate any help.

Hmm, maybe Lab Rats and Lab Rats 2 are what you're looking for. (I only played the 2nd part, but I guess the first one is similar)

@chameleon was asking about some nice Sandbox game or with some possible potential to make some donation on Patreon; Lab Rats 2 it's really one of the worse game here , a grind game with a very low playability and full of bugs . Last update , few days ago was absolutely terrible ; after more than one year and half of development , i was expecting absolutely something more .
Tastes are personal of course ,but this is not a game that i can suggest to play or to pledge

You have that Illusion game ( can't remember the name), a guy living with 4-5 girls in the house. Pretty outdated visually though.

I know about that one, but it's way too early to play that game. It's just few characters without any characteristics that can fuck with each other. Maybe after 2 more years of development, it could be good.

After two years of development and close to 55,000 $ at months , the game lacks so much of contents ? i though it was later on ; thank you for info , i'll wait before a little bit more before begin to play it

I think that Rogue-like: Evolution could be quite similar to what you are looking for. It's a game with a lot of options and without scripted sex scenes. There are not many locations and girls yet, but its mod Rogue-like: Evolution - Expanded Mod has demonstrated that it has much potential. With a good support and ideas in patron it can become in a very good game.

My very first (actually good) Date sim RPG game "Galaxy Angel sim date RPG" is like this. its an amazingly small flash game, if i recall correctly.
You might like it.
Edit: I checked, doesn't seem like the game is on here. I'll see if I can find the game for download somewhere, otherwise I might have a copy on an external drive. Game is available at Newgrounds still, though.

sandbox,do what u want,some random in character behavior. If unclude all this things i can name only one game Koikatsu(but its not a sanbox with open world). Somehow u locked at school and can freely date/fuck about 20-30 different gals based on their personality/likes(dislikes)(also all types of behavior voice acted) greatest character editor(bevare of anime).
also remember game Lifeplay literaly sanbox with free choice, epic random of event, good MC creation. freedom against gameplay(cant figure out this to explain im not strong in English, but with great freedom comes dificult gameplay(u control human and deside what this human do))better play yourself, maybe u got the point of what that mean.
