I'm finding myself in the middle of a big doubt,

More and more I'm receiving these ads that go like ''Try not to cum you won't last 40 seconds in this game'', and the animations on these ads are absolutely 10/10 top tier both in audio and graphics.

My question is, is it really hard/resource extensive to achieve that kind of quality?

Yes, those artists only do a handful of animations per month, if they did that in a game they would be called milkers and scammers faster than you can cum playing that ad game.

As a dev working on a fully 3D animated game let me tell you, it's really complicated and extremely work-intensive, regularly requiring years of experience in that field. Animating it as a pre-rendered movie for such an ad is easier, but still tons of work. It only gets simpler once you have invested heavily into a decent workflow and lots of resources/knowledge about how to do it efficiently. That's the reason why you rarely see this kind of quality in the games behind the ad in the end
