Identify Trying to find a 3d stealth fps

Forgot its name but it's a 3d stealth game where you're a secret agent infiltrating bases full of women and taking them out. It kind of had metal gear-style mechanics in that there were lethal and non lethal options and there was a net gun you could use to capture knocked out girls and bring them back to the extraction area to take them to your base.
