The game was a sort of 2d free use sort of thing. If I remember correctly the MC received a license to have sex with any woman. The gameplay consisted of running around a city and having sex with various girls and impregnating them. The plot might have involved him being one of the only men in the world but I'm not sure about that. There was a money-making aspect to it where he worked in an office but it wasn't a major part of the game. I thought the title had "Sim" or "Collector" in it but I may be wrong.
