Hello, everyone. I was told/reminded about this site upon trying to ask about this game elsewhere. From what I remember, I played this game pre-2020 and I believe downloaded it off of here. The game is an rpg maker game that I downloaded for android that was also patched in English. The game is about the MC, an office worker, who gets caught peeking up a girl's skirt, she takes a picture of him and blackmails him into helping her do exhibitionism. The CGs were animated but not like in an anime, more like those anchored joints animations of still images. The gameplay consisted of having to navigate through public settings with the girl on a leash and collar to make it to secluded spots to do the cutscenes. There were also two different options per event (like nice or sadistic) that I think changed the dialogue and definitely changed what ending you got
The girl was wearing a sailor fuku, had long purple hair (iirc) and had a face similar to Tomoko from Watamote. CGs that I remember include: getting a blowjob in a park at night, banging behind a fence off a busy street, banging on top of a school during a festival, and someone stalking the girl and the MC takes a knife for her.
