The game starts with the MC and his sister on a road leaving town because of a pandemic, where they get into an accident. Later the MC wakes up in a hospital finding that to save him the doctor transfers him into a girl's body, which is artificially created. His sister comes to pick her[MC] up and takes her to her apartment where they will live together. The MC can work at a bar, and attend college, and to progress the story has to visit the doctor. The game has many clothing options and it may also have a corruption meter (I don't remember it was a while ago when I last played the game. Thanks for helping me find the game.
