I remember a game that I saw on here probably more than a year ago where you play as a woman on an island and you need to fuck monsters to get them to protect you so that you can explore more of the island, find stronger monsters, fuck them and repeat. It was an RPGM game if that helps and I distinctly remember there being a pig monster as either the first one or one of the early ones
