Here's what I remember:
It's a visual novel / first person point and click style game (or something similar)
MC is male and lives with his sister
MC has a crush at school, but the girl has a crush on MC's sister
Somehow along the way MC starts exchanging pictures of his sister in increasingly lewd situations for getting to see his crush in similar situations
eventually this leads to pictures of MC having sex with his sister being traded for sex with the crush.
I think MC eventually gets to have a threesome with them? (been a long time since I played, so I don't really remember)
I think I remember the MC playing some kind of "guess how many fingers I'm touching you with" game with the sister at night, and that being how you push toward making things more lewd with her, but I might be mixing memories of a different game in there.
