Trying to find a post virus/zombie game.

It's set in a post virus/zombie? pandemic it has character creator elements you can be either male or female, and the basic plot set up at the beginning of the game is you almost die in a car accident and have your brain transplanted into a new body.

then you start doing missions for the Hospital/Company that saved you, i was playing it a few weeks back but accidentally deleted it.
