I remember it began with the Mc and his girlfriend on the couch and later in the game with optional choices you could tease (flash) a doctor that the girlfriend went to and choose for her to sleep with a prisoner for the sake of Mc that for some reason went into prison. So it had choices and ntr. Not sure how these work but Im pretty sure it was 3d ( looked like Being A Dik)
