Game was set in a fantasy setting, typical adventurer guild type stuff. You play as a male MC, and gameplay loop consistent of a real time world map in which female and male adventurers would start in a tavern or guild, walk out to a field to fight monsters, and when low on HP, return to the tavern. I think there was an NTR aspect of heroines being defeated and ending up back at the tavern at the same time as the male adventurers. Definitely a sprite based top down game, presumably RPGMaker. I think i had seen it a few years ago. Any ideas?

Try narrowing the search using tags and setting the engine to RPG Maker. You're bound to find it if you look long enough.
