So, from what I remember, it was in early works. Bro and sis and family grow up, but slowly grow apart. Sis (I believe has a crush on MC, bro) who has treated her poorly in the previous years. She dates some d-bag, he says something in the hallway, he misunderstands and thinks the two slept together, when they didn't, MC (bro) gets all defensive and ends up beating up said d-bag, and sis gets all mad about it, but it's because he's only sticking up for her now and not in the past. MC feels guilty as sis goes off on him, so he leaves, they wake and it's too late.....end cut scene for first chapter.
It was good, had it set aside to revisit, life happened, had Windows issues and new hardware, equaling to a fresh install and I thought I had everything backed up. Apparently no.
