I played a game where the MC enters a dreamlike reality of the past, and the decisions he makes alters his current world. For example, he enters the dream and chooses to change his actions and sleeps with his mom, and when he returns to reality, he has a new sister/daughter. Can anyone name the game?

I appreciate the feedback. I downloaded it, but it wasnt the game I was thinking of. It wasnt an html game or real porn. it was a 3d VN. Most likely Ren'Py. Maybe using the world dream is not correct because it would sound like sleep was involved. More like having a flashback of a regret of the past during a current situation and being able to alter the outcome of said past event resulting in a new current life, but the MC remembers both realities.
