So I'm trying to look stuff up by tags like character customization, female protagonist and Exhibitionism. But I don't know how to look up those tags for the game I want to find.

Use the latest updates page and in top right there'd a filter ribbon. Click on it and it will give you options on what tags to filter in or out and sort by popularity and such. Lmk if you are having trouble

Golden God is correct about how to search things on this website. To narrow down your search for something specific you want to look up use the features on the "Filters" sidebar menu on the far right of the LATEST UPDATES page. I have added an attachment to add more clarity. Hope this helped you.
