Trying to locate a old game.

I was going down memory lane and wondered about some of the abandoned game series that have come and gone but one in particular escapes me.

What I remember:

1. Incest based Renpy game most likely
2. Mother was likely blond also a bitch. Sister was I think older than the MC by a year or two.
3. MC made a pair of Black/Latina friends who were lesbian twin sisters in a serious relationship with each other.
4. If I remember right you the MC are finishing a computer course in collage and your final test in game had some basic IT focused questions (Like what does 127.0.0.0 mean?)
5. Very high quality renders.
6. You the MC after finishing course go into business and move into an apartment with his sister and the twins where everyone lives/works from.

After that things start to get fuzzy and I tried to go back over the last 7+ years of games with the filters but nothing caught my eye. Any help in ID-ing the game would be apprecated.

Edit: Of course right after I hit submit I see where this sort of thread is supposed to go in. Shows what I get for not spending more time on the forums.
