Identify Trying to recall a game.

This game I'm talking about is I think an RPGMaker game my memory ain't the best so I can't even recall the characters. The one thing for some reason that stuck out to me was I think it was in a forest and a dude there lives alone and I believe he was bitten by a snake (I think he may have had his junk bitten) and the protagonist helps him by sucking him off. That's all I remember I've got pretty shit memory.

Unfortunately that isn't it :/ pretty interesting game though will try it out so thank you nonetheless
